Dear Neighbor, 

Thank you for your interest in being a part of this all-community friendly Summer Smiles Festival that we are hosting at the Doane Stuart School at 199 Washington Ave, Rensselaer, rain or shine!  Our mission here is simple. We want to bring people together and make new friends, and would love for you to be a part of it! Booth rental cost is $25 and a presentation ready donation of a minimum value of $20 that we can use as a raffle prize (donations can be dropped off ahead of time to the Arc or the morning of the event). Make your payments below or by mailing a check to The Arc of Rensselaer County, 79-102^nd St, Troy, NY 12180.

We would love if you could help us share our event news with others.  Take a look at some of the other ways to be a part of this fun-filled community event…

• Donate! If you can imagine it fitting into a fun-fest day, we will take it! Some examples are a presentation-ready item or basket for our raffle table, food items, paper products, activities, entertainment, the list goes on.   If you can imagine it, we can use it! 

• Volunteer! We know this is going to take a lot of people power to make this work. We would love if you, and everyone you know, could lend a hand! 

• Have a booth! Showcases your business or craft.  For better community connection consider including an activity or giveaway.

• Entertain! What’s a day without live entertainment? A day that is not nearly as fun.  Do you have a talent you want to share or know someone who does? We would love to have a conversation with you!

• Come! Share our news with others and bring your family and friends

All donations of time, sponsorship, merchandise, etc. will be recognized at the day of our event. Proof of 501c3 can be provided as well as a letter for your donation.
